(START_INFERIOR_TRAPS_EXPECTED): Remove define.
* config/i386/tm-symmetry: Include "i386/tm-i386.h" instead of
"i386/tm-i386v.h".
(START_INFERIOR_TRAPS_EXPECTED): Remove define.
* config/i386/tm-vxworks.h: Include "i386/tm-i386.h" instead of
"i386/tm-i386.h".
