* alpha-tdep.c (setup_arbitrary_frame): Rename...
(alpha_setup_arbitrary_frame): ...to this.
* config/alpha/tm-alpha.h (SETUP_ARBITRARY_FRAME): Update
for alpha_setup_arbitrary_frame.
