* Remove unused STACK_END_ADDR in the following files (in other
files it is used for something): tm-mips.h, tm-sun2.h, tm-news.h, tm-a29k, tm-i386v.h, tm-hppa.h, tm-nindy960.h, tm-amix.h, tm-hp300hpux.h, tm-isi.h.
