Remove vcomplaint
vcomplaint now has a single caller, so merge it with that caller. gdb/ChangeLog 2018-05-23 Tom Tromey <tom@tromey.com> * complaints.c (vcomplaint): Remove. (complaint_internal) Merge in contents of vcomplaint.
