* Makefile.in (VERSION): Roll to 4.4.7.
(HFILES): Add call-cmds.h.
* call-cmds.h: New header for command fns called by other files.
* breakpoint.c (watchpoints_info): Remove, same as breakpoints_info.
(breakpoint_1): Remove unused type arg. Change callers.
