* blockframe.c (find_frame_addr_in_frame_chain): Move function
from here ...
* varobj.c (find_frame_addr_in_frame_chain): ... to here.
(varobj_create): Note that frame ID should be used.
* frame.h (find_frame_addr_in_frame_chain): Delete declaration.
