Look up primitive types as symbols.

	objfile-owned.
	(cache_symbol): Ignore symbols that are not objfile-owned.

	All callers updated.  Try to find the symbol as a primitive type.

	Call cp_lookup_bare_symbol directly for simple bare symbols.
