(arm_linux_init_abi): Do not set deprecated_call_dummy_words or
deprecated_sizeof_call_dummy_words.
* arm-tdep.c (arm_call_dummy_words, arm_gdbarch_init): Ditto.
* xstormy16-tdep.c (xstormy16_gdbarch_init): Ditto.
* v850-tdep.c (v850_gdbarch_init): Ditto.
* sh64-tdep.c (sh64_gdbarch_init): Ditto.
