* ada-exp.y, ada-lex.l: Use xmalloc and xrealloc through out.
* inf-ptrace.c: Include "gdb_wait.h" instead of <wait.h>.
* Makefile.in (.y.c, .l.c): Don't replace xmalloc with xxmalloc.
Update dependencies.
