* config.in: Regenerate.
* configure: Regenerate.
* configure.in: Delete MMALLOC_CFLAGS, MMALLOC, --with-mmalloc, USE_MMALLOC, MMCHECK_FORCE.
* gdbinit.in: Remove mmalloc.
* utils.c: Delete USE_MMALLOC, NO_MMCHECK, MMCHECK_FORCE, malloc_botch.
