* hppa-tdep.c (target_read_pc, target_write_pc): Accept (and
ignore) a PID argument.
(hppa_pop_frame): Pass a PID to target_write_pc.
* config/pa/tm-hppa.h (TARGET_READ_PC, TARGET_WRITE_PC): Accept
and pass through a PID argument.
(target_read_pc, target_write_pc): Update prototypes.
