* Makefile.in (ANNOTATE_OBS): New definition.
(COMMON_OBS): Add exec.o.
(annotate.o): Remove extra compile rule.
* config/*/*.mh, config/*/*.mt: Remove exec.o from *DEPFILES lists
everywhere.
