* sb.c: Include limits.h.
(dsize): Delete. (MALLOC_OVERHEAD, INIT_ALLOC): Define. (sb_new): Use INIT_ALLOC. (sb_check): Modify allocation strategy using MALLOC_OVERHEAD. (sb_terminate): Don't use sb_add_char.
