* mpw-config.in: Don't always use te-generic.h for emulation.
(powerpc-apple-macos): Use emulation te-macos.h.

(mips-gm-magic): New configuration.

* mpw-make.sed (install, install-only): Edit in Mac-specific
install procedure.
