* dwarf2dbg.c (DWARF2_ADDR_SIZE): New macro.
(dwarf2_finish): Use it.
* doc/internals.texi (DWARF2_ADDR_SIZE): Document it.
* config/tc-mips.h (DWARF2_ADDR_SIZE): Override.
