* doc/as.texinfo (Overview): Remove @samp from MIPS ISA names.
* doc/c-mips.texi (MIPS Options): Remove @sc from MIPS ISA names.
Replace @sc{mips16} with literal `MIPS16'.
(MIPS ISA): Replace @sc{mips3} with literal `MIPS III'.
