* Many files: Added gettext invocations around user-visible
strings.
* acconfig.h (ENABLE_NLS, HAVE_CATGETS, HAVE_GETTEXT, HAVE_STPCPY,
HAVE_LC_MESSAGES): Define.
* dep-in.sed: Added asintl.h.
* po/Make-in: New file.
* gasp.c (main): Call setlocale, bindtextdomain, and textdomain.
Include "asintl.h".
* read.c (Z_): Renamed from `_'.
* Makefile.am (SUBDIRS): Added po.
(POTFILES): new macro.
