Remove long-obsolete MPW support.
* mpw-config.in, mpw-make.sed, mac-as.r: Remove files.
* configure.in: Remove mention of ppc-*-mpw* config.
* configure.in: Likewise.
[testsuite/ChangeLog]
* gas/macros/macros.exp: Remove mention of MPW config.
