MIPS/GAS/testsuite: Extend MIPS16 testing over multiple ISAs
Run the `mips16', `mips16-64', `mips16e-64', `mips16-macro',
`mips16-macro-e' and `mips16-macro-t' GAS tests over multiple MIPS16
ISAs.
