* configure.ac: Add test for readline, substitute READLINE.
* Makefile.in (READLINE_LIB): New substituted-contents variable.
(SIM_EXTRA_LIBDEPS): Don't set.
(SIM_EXTRA_LIBS): Use $(READLINE_LIB) instead of
../../readline/libreadline.a.
* configure: Regenerate.
