gdb/testsuite/gdb.base/gnu-ifunc-lib.c: Use %function syntax.
ARM uses @ as a comment character, but % seems to be usable by all
existing ifunc enabled architectures.

* gdb.base/gnu-ifunc-lib.c: Use %function instead of @function
in asm syntax to allow building on ARM.
