* opncls.c (bfd_fdopenr): Determine whether to fdopen for
update, based on how the underlying file was opened. Obsoletes
FASCIST_FDOPEN.
* hosts/rs6000.h, hosts/tahoe.h, hosts/vaxbsd.h: Remove
all FASCIST_FDOPEN config defines.
