* dwarf.c (process_extended_line_op): Remove pointer_size param.
Use length instead to determine address size.
(get_pointer_size_and_offset_of_comp_unit): Delete.
(display_debug_lines): Adjust for above.
(display_debug_aranges): Don't stop on finding two zeros.
(display_debug_frames): For warning, print offset not pointer.
