If $srcdir/$subdir/$regexp_file-$readelf_size exists, use it
instead of $srcdir/$subdir/$regexp_file.
(*-*elf test): Fix typo in message.
* binutils-all/readelf.s-64: New.
* binutils-all/readelf.ss-64: New.
