* bucomm.h (stpcpy): Declare if HAVE_DECL_STPCPY isn't defined. * configure.in (AC_GNU_SOURCE): Added. (AC_CHECK_DECLS): Add stpcpy. * configure: Regenerated. * config.in: Likewise.
