binutils: Add AC_FUNC_MMAP to configure.ac
Add AC_FUNC_MMAP to configure.ac so that HAVE_MMAP will be checked in
objdump.c and mmap is used if available.
* configure.ac (AC_FUNC_MMAP): New.
* config.in: Regenerated.
* configure: Likewise.
