* configure.in: Set nlmconv_defs to -DNLMCONV_cputype for all the
netware targets. Write it into Makefile as NLMCONV_DEFS.
* Makefile.in (nlmconv.o): Pass $(NLMCONV_DEFS) to $(CC).
* nlmconv.c: Only compile code for specific CPU types if
NLMCONV_cputype is defined.
