* readelf.c (guess_is_rela, dump_relocations, get_machine_name,
get_machine_flags): Added EM_M32R, EM_D10V, EM_V850, EM_D30V,
EM_MN10200, EM_MN10300, EM_FR30, EM_AVR_OLD and EM_PJ_OLD.
Removed EM_CYGNUS_ARC.
