Test case for functions with non-contiguous ranges
See comments in the new files for what this is about - I tried to
explain it all there.
gdb/testsuite/ChangeLog:
* gdb.dwarf2/dw2-ranges-func.c: New file.
* gdb.dwarf2/dw2-ranges-func.exp: New file.
