* objcopy.c (gap_fill_set, gap_fill): New static variables.
(copy_options): Accept --gap-fill.
(copy_usage): Mention --gap-fill.
(copy_object): Support --gap-fill.
(get_sections, compare_section_vma): New static functions.
(copy_main): Handle --gap-fill.
* binutils.texi, objcopy.1: Document --gap-fill.
