PR24499, ignore --add-gnu-debuglink for archives
objcopy --add-gnu-debuglink=foo.a.dbg foo.a just doesn't make any
sense. Who puts executables in archives?

* objcopy.c (copy_file): Ignore --add-gnu-debuglink for archives.
