* ar.c (ranlib_usage): Describe -D.
(ranlib_main): Parse -D. (ranlib_touch): Set BFD_DETERMINISTIC_OUTPUT under -D. * doc/binutils.texi (ranlib): Describe -D, and also --help/-h/-H.
