* coff-sh.c (coff_small_object_p): New static function.
(coff_small_new_section_hook): New static function.
(bfd_coff_small_swap_table): New static const structure.
(coff_small_close_and_cleanup): Define.
(coff_small_bfd_free_cached_info): Define.
(coff_small_get_section_contents): Define.
(coff_small_get_section_contents_in_window): Define.
(shcoff_small_vec): New static structure.
(shlcoff_small_vec): New static structure.
* targets.c (bfd_target_vector): Add shcoff_small_vec and
shlcoff_small_vec.
* config.bfd (sh-*-elf*): Add shcoff_small_vec and
shlcoff_small_vec to targ_selvecs.
(sh-*-*): Likewise.
* configure.in: Add shcoff_small_vec and shlcoff_small_vec cases.
* configure: Rebuild.
