* elfxx-mips.c (mips_got_entry): Update comments.
(mips_elf_multi_got_entry_eq): Rename to...
(mips_elf_got_entry_eq): ...this, deleting the old definition.
(mips_elf_create_got_info): Remove master_got_p argument.
Always use mips_elf_got_entry_eq.
(mips_elf_bfd_got, mips_elf_multi_got, mips_elf_create_got_section):
Update calls accordingly.
