* configure.in (--enable-gdbtk): If tcl was built with --enable-shared,
use TCL_SHLIB_SUFFIX to specify the suffix of the library file so that
we don't expect to see "libfoo.a" instead of "libfoo.{so,sl, etc}".
* configure: Regenerate.
