* coff-z8k.c: getting closer
* coffcode.h (coff_get_relocated_section_contents): allow
EXTRA_CASES hooks for different arches to provide different reloc
types.
* seclet.h: #ifndef around it to allow multiple inclusion
* srec.c: minor doc fix
