* elf32-v850.c (reloc_type): Add R_V850_HI16_S.
(elf_v850_howto_table): Add info for HI16_S reloc. (v850_reloc_map): Add HI_16_S reloc. * reloc.c: Define BFD_RELOC_V850_* relocs.
