* coff-mips.c (ecoff_bfd_reloc_type_lookup): New function.
(ecoff_write_object_contents): Added BFD_ASSERT calls to ensure
relocs are reasonable.
* coff-msym.c: Eliminated uses of DEFUN.
(ecoff_swap_tir_out): New function.
