* ld-powerpc/powerpc.exp: Add vxworks relax testcase.
* ld-powerpc/vxworks-relax.s, ld-powerpc/vxworks-relax.rd: New.
* ld-powerpc/vxworks1.ld: Add .pad and .far input sections.
* ld-powerpc/vxworks1.rd: Correct regexp for undefined symbols.
