* bfd-in.h (bfd_mips_elf32_create_embedded_relocs): New prototype.
* elf32-mips.c (bfd_mips_elf32_create_embedded_relocs): New function
to handle 32-bit ELF embedded reloc (ld --embedded-relocs)
generation.
* bfd-in2.h: Regenerate.
