* Makefile.am (INCLUDES): Don't -D_GNU_SOURCE here.
* configure.in: Call AC_GNU_SOURCE here, after AC_PROG_CC.
* configure, config.in, Makefile.in: Regenerate.
* sysdep.h (stpcpy): Revert last change.
