* Makefile.am: Run dep-am.
(BFD32_LIBS): Add simple.lo.
(BFD32_LIBS_CFILES): Add simple.c.
* Makefile.in: Regenerated.
* bfd-in2.h: Regenerated.
* simple.c: New file.
