(struct bfd_mach_o_xlat_name): Move to mach-o.h
(bfd_mach_o_print_flags): Move to binutils/od-macho.c
(bfd_mach_o_get_name_of_null, bfd_mach_o_get_name): Likewise.
(bfd_mach_o_cpu_name, bfd_mach_o_filetype_name): Likewise.
(bfd_mach_o_header_flags_name): Likewise.
(bfd_mach_o_load_command_name): Likewise.
