* mach-o.c (bfd_mach_o_scan): Don't ignore return value of
bfd_mach_o_scan_start_address.
* elfxx-ia64.c (elfNN_ia64_relax_brl): Rewrite for 32-bit bfd_vma.
* elfxx-mips.c: Remove unnecessary prototypes.
(sort_dynamic_relocs_64): Abort if not BFD64.
