* section.c (struct sec): Rename "_cooked_size" to "size". Rename "_raw_size" to "rawsize". (STD_SECTION): Adjust comments. (bfd_set_section_size, bfd_get_section_contents): Use size. (bfd_malloc_and_get_section): New function. * bfd-in.h (bfd_section_size, bfd_get_section_size): Use size. * coff-sh.c (sh_relax_section): Alloc coff_section_data struct early. Correctly free reloc and contents memory. * elf-eh-frame.c (_bfd_elf_discard_section_eh_frame): Delete FIXME and fake CIE now that we can shink section size to zero. (_bfd_elf_write_section_eh_frame): Likewise.. * elf32-ppc.c (ppc_elf_relax_section): Delay reading section contents. * elf-m10300.c (mn10300_elf_final_link_relocate): Don't use _bfd_stab_section_offset. Use _bfd_elf_section_offset. * stabs.c (_bfd_stab_section_offset_): Remove unused args and unneeded indirection. * elf.c (_bfd_elf_section_offset): .. and update call. * libbfd-in.h (_bfd_stab_section_offset): Update prototype. * libbfd.h: Regenerate. * bfd-in2.h: Regenerate. Replace occurrences of "_raw_size" and "_cooked_size" in most places with "size". Set new "rawsize" for stabs, eh_frame, and SEC_MERGE sections. Use "rawsize", if non-zero, for bfd_get_section_contents calls if the section might be a stabs, eh_frame, or SEC_MERGE section. Similarly use "rawsize", if non-zero, in reloc functions to validate reloc addresses. Use new bfd_malloc_and_get_section in most places where bfd_get_section_contents was called. Expand all occurrences of bfd_section_size and bfd_get_section_size.
