PR ld/13049
* elf32-arm.c (STUB_SUFFIX): Avoid collision with user namespace
symbol names.
* elf64-ppc.c (STUB_SUFFIX): Likewise.
* elf32-hppa.c (STUB_SUFFIX): Likewise.
