at least once when fixing cortex-a8.
ld/testsuite/
* ld-arm/arm-elf.exp: Add new test.
* ld-arm/cortex-a8-fix-hdr.d: New.
* ld-arm/cortex-a8-fix-hdr.s: New.
* ld-arm/cortex-a8-fix-hdr.t: New.
