* ecoff.c (_bfd_ecoff_archive_p): Delete.
* libecoff.h (_bfd_ecoff_archive_p): Delete. * coff-alpha.c (ecoffalpha_little_vec): Use bfd_generic_archive_p. * coff-mips.c (ecoff_little_vec, ecoff_big_vec): Likewise. (ecoff_biglittle_vec): Likewise.
