* Makefile.in, archures.c, config.bfd, configure.in, elf.c,
reloc.c, targets.c: New target, elf-*-D30V.
* bfd-in2.h, configure, libbfd.h: Rebuilt.
* cpu-d30v.c, elf32-d30v.c: New files.
