* configure.in (--with-separate-debug-dir): New option.
* configure: Regenerate.
* Makefile.am (dwarf2.lo): Add rule to pass DEBUGDIR.
* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
* dwarf2.c (_bfd_dwarf2_find_nearest_line): Pass DEBUGDIR to
bfd_follow_gnu_debuglink.
(_bfd_dwarf2_find_line): Likewise.
